Honestly? I just want to get paid to exist and put weird things into the world. So that's exactly what I'm doing. Building hyper-specific tools for friction nobody else wants to solve, launching a 64-episode podcast, and figuring out how to make a living from thinking out loud. This is that season.
The Doctrine
The North Star
My work is not for the masses. It begins and ends with an audience of one. I build what is necessary, elegant, and true for a single individual. Sometimes that individual is me, resulting in creations like the Resistance App or David Archive. Occasionally, that individual is a collaborator whose fascinating problem is worthy of a bespoke world.
My name, Dionne Nicole, will be synonymous with this principle: I build systems that allow a person to support themselves in the way they need to be supported. Period.
The Commissioning Filter
I do not look for clients. I wait for worthy commissions. The filter is not budget or title; it is the quality of the puzzle.
Forget your software. Bring me a problem worthy of its own reality.
I say "no" to business problems, scaling challenges, and easy money. I say "yes" to fascinating questions, deep inquiry, and puzzles so unique they require a new world to be architected. My work is not a service to be hired; it is a partnership to be entered into, and only when the project inspires me.
The Creative Process
My process is not linear. It cannot be rushed or forced into a generic timeline. It is an instinctual loop of Flow, Deep, and View.
To hire me is to trust this process, especially the quiet of the "Deep."
The Artifact
The final output — the app, the tool, the OS — is not the product. It is the artifact. It is the functional sculpture left behind after a deep question has been answered. It is a world without friction, built for one.
It is not designed to be sold, scaled, or licensed. Its value lies in its unique, singular perfection for the person it was built for.
The Anti-Mission
This is not a business.
It is a practice.
This is not a brand.
It is my name and my work.
This is not a service.
It is a commission.
This is not about what's profitable.
It is about what's interesting.
This is not about helping "anybody."
It is about co-creating with a specific "somebody."
Currently Building
Focus
Building Admin OS. An admin panel that installs directly into a Lovable project so you can actually see everything that's happening.
This Week
Launching the YouTube channel. Vibe Code on the Cheap — teaching people how to stop burning credits guessing and start building things they actually own.
Thinking About
How creativity is the last frontier of keeping our humanity. And how we just need to have a lot more fun. (Max called me a productive hippie this week and honestly I'm not correcting him.)
On the Horizon
Coming May 2026
The ID® Podcast — 64 humans, 64 sequences. One conversation at a time.
In Development
A budgeting app for solopreneurs with irregular income. Built for brains like mine that don't run on a predictable paycheck.
Exploring
What happens when you increase your lucky surface. It's my ask year — reaching out to more people, saying yes to more things, and seeing what shows up.
Big Asks
Looking For
Three things. People who've taken the ID® assessment and want to share their sequence story on the podcast. Organizations who want to actually understand AI instead of just use it. And someone with a weird, hyper-specific problem nobody else wants to solve. (That last one gets me the most excited, not going to lie.)
Open To
Conversations. However they come.
The Resistance App™
You know exactly what you're avoiding. You could name it right now. It comes up in the shower. At 2am. In conversations. The problem isn't awareness — it's activation cost. The Resistance App makes the cost of waiting visible. The number goes up. Eventually the discomfort of the number exceeds the discomfort of doing the thing.
"You already know what will change your life."
You do things — often many things. But the day ends and there's no sense of completion. No clear win. No moment you can point to and say: today was worth it. You need one thing. Named before the day starts. Marked before it ends. That's how you stop losing days.
"One thing. Named before the day starts. Marked before it ends."
You're already doing the work. A lot of it. The problem is your wins are invisible. You complete something, move immediately to the next thing, and by the end of the week you feel like you made no progress — even though you've been in motion the entire time.
"You've been moving this whole time. The app just makes sure you can see it."

This isn't a personality test. You've probably taken enough of those already.
This is about how you actually work. Like — you've noticed this before. There are times where things just click and move, and you don't have to think about it too much. And then there are times where you can still get it done, but it feels like you're gripping the whole time. Like you're pushing something that isn't fully there yet.
It's not random. Your nervous system already knows what works for you based on what you've experienced. It's going to keep doing that whether you have language for it or not. This just gives you the language so you can actually work with it on purpose.
The Framework
Everything you do moves through the same loop. You don't need to change how you work. You just need to see where you are.
How information actually enters. Your nervous system has a specific door things have to pass through before they even register. Most people have never named theirs.
The part that can't be skipped. After something enters, your system needs to do something with it before it becomes clear. This is why some people need to sleep on it. Or walk. Or go quiet.
How you move once it clicks. Your execution style is already a pattern. The goal isn't to change it — it's to stop fighting it.
How you close loops and keep track of what you're building. Most people are better at doing things than at knowing they did them.
Your Journey
It's basically a self-awareness reality show. You're watching someone realize how they actually work in real time.

One podcast. 64 episodes. One human for each of the 64 Instinctual Design® sequences — sharing what it's like to live, work, and create from their specific nervous system blueprint.
Tell me your sequence and why you want to share your story. I'll be in touch as recording gets underway.
